Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking a Project Manager to boost inside sales and support Account Executives. You will maintain client accounts, upsell where appropriate, and ensure positive customer experiences while coordinating proofs, estimates, and job quality across Adobe Suite workflows.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple steps from inquiry to delivery, with emphasis on building lasting client relationships and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and decorum.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in Digital Design (Adobe Creative Suites); certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase center’s inside sales and support the Account Executive as needed to boost sales.
• Know products, processes, pricing; manage proofs and estimates.
• Edit/Create print-ready files using Adobe Suite.
• Maintain pricing strategies and customer billing procedures.
• Communicate job progress to customers through the production process.
• Maintain CRM; update mailing lists and respond to inquiries.
• Assist on production floor when required.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
