Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager to drive inside sales and support the Account Executive. You will grow the center's sales, draw in new customers, maintain accounts, and create a positive client experience throughout the production and proofing process.

Responsibilities include upselling, managing customer communications, and using MIS tools and CRM to estimate projects and track orders. Prior account-management experience is preferred, with strong writing and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or inside sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase center sales and support Account Executive as needed.
• Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts.
• Provide excellent customer experience and upsell/cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Coordinate job estimates, pricing accuracy, and timely proofs review.
• Communicate job progress to customers and manage inquiries effectively.
• Utilize MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects.
