AlphaGraphics Knox Street in North Dallas is seeking a full-time on-site Account Manager to handle client emails, estimates, and job tickets, and to manage phone calls and follow-ups. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment offering opportunities to advance within visual communications.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales of a full range of products, and independent as well as collaborative work to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year print and/or sign sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet customer needs.
• Proficiency with standard computer software; willingness to learn new software.
• Experience in selling a full range of products and solutions is helpful.

Account Manager – Print & Signs

AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. AlphaGraphics offers design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented.

AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Account Manager.

Working in this position you will be responsible for responding to client emails and requests, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, as well as customer follow up and account penetration. Although these are the primary responsibilities, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 1 year print and/or sign sales experience required (similar to Account Manager positions at Minuteman Press, Allegra, Fast Signs, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
