Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our locally owned team. You will be the primary bridge between clients and production, guiding print projects from initial inquiry to final delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This in-person role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or account management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with macOS / Apple environments.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates with accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
