Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Experience in industrial services or technical sales with a documented track record.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening and presentation.
• Ability to think outside the box and offer new ideas, concepts, solutions.
• Willingness to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify opportunities to grow sales profitably within an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute account plans for existing and potential target accounts.
• Produce and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to win business.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, quotes and technical specifications.
• Understand customer business issues and provide value-driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and quotes systems from first meeting to close.
