Pharmacy Alternatives is seeking an Account Manager to deliver on its commitments to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD) clients. You will cultivate strategic relationships, drive retention and growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels.

This role requires about 75% travel within Pennsylvania, with applicants residing in the territory. Monday–Friday schedule and strong background in LTC sales or client management are preferred, along with excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills; ability to present to all management levels.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow a portfolio of PharMerica/Pharmacy Alternatives' IDD clients.
• Collaborate with IDD team and cross-functional groups to meet service-level agreements.
• Document meetings and client interactions in CRM; manage escalation and resolution processes.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
• Support pricing negotiations and contract renewals; coordinate with Billing and Contracting.
