Job summary

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is seeking an Account Manager to maintain existing client relationships in Illinois and Ohio. This remote, field-based role involves travel to agencies and collaboration with pharmacy operations to ensure service consistency, onboarding, and training.

The ideal candidate has strong relationships with IDD clients, regulatory knowledge in Group Home/ICF settings, and the ability to navigate our operational capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CPhT or related field experience; 3+ years DSP or QDDP experience.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software FrameWorkLTC, ECM, DocuTrack.
• Familiarity with MARs (electronic and paper).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; frequent travel.
• Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environment and lead a team.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• High school diploma required; college experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted accounts with agency staff.
• Visit client locations and provide audits and trainings.
• Document findings in CRM; submit daily reports to pharmacy contacts.
• Communicate effectively about pharmacy processes.
• Resolve complaints with pharmacy team collaboration.
• Educate clients on the pharmacy’s processes.
• Be an innovative liaison; discuss ideas to meet consumer demands.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and events as requested.
• Handle complex client concerns with professional follow-up.
