Pharmacy Alternatives is seeking an Account Manager to support IDD client relationships and retention across the Pennsylvania territory. You will cultivate partnerships, collaborate with the IDD team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals.

The role requires 3+ years in client management or sales within long-term care or related sectors, with 60% travel and a Monday–Friday schedule. Travel and field responsibilities are involved.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• MBA preferred.
• Ability to present to all levels of management; strong time-management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategies with the Director, Account Management to retain PharMerica/Pharmacy Alternatives clients.
• Manage PharMerica's/Pharmacy Alternatives' clients with the IDD team.
• Conduct and document meetings with assigned clients.
• Deliver on client commitments and meet service-level agreements.
• Own client issue escalation and resolution process.
• Prepare for and participate in client reviews and maintain related documents.
