Job summary

Pharmacy Alternatives, an affiliate of PharMerica, seeks an Account Manager to cultivate and retain strategic client relationships within the IDD population. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet service-level agreements, manage renewals, and drive adoption of PMC/PAL products and services.

The role requires 3+ years of client management or sales experience in Long-Term Care or related industries, with 75% travel within Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Desired: MBA
• Required: 3+ years' experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries
• Required: ability to present to all levels of management; excellent time management; basic computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office; problem solving; root cause analysis; cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to retain assigned PharMerica/Pharmacy Alternatives clients
• Manage IDD client relationships and collaborate with IDD team
• Meet with clients and document meetings in the CRM
• Escalate and resolve client issues; manage pricing negotiations and contract renewals
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials
• Provide training on PMC/PAL products and resources
• Support upselling of PMC/PAL products and services
• Ensure positive experience for the client base and support corporate initiatives
