PharMerica/Pharmacy Alternatives is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships within the IDD space. This role involves 75% travel within Pennsylvania and coordination with multiple teams to meet service levels and retention targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries and will drive pricing discussions, renewals, and solutions. Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in LT care or related industries.
• Experience in client management, customer service, or client support roles is valued.
• Strong communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain assigned PharMerica/Pharmacy Alternatives clients and support growth.
• Manage PharMerica’s/Pharmacy Alternatives’ clients with the IDD team.
• Document meetings and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Own pricing negotiation and contract renewal support.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
