Job summary

The C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. team is seeking an Account Manager to develop and nurture relationships with commercial landscape and snow-management clients in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will drive service excellence, identify opportunities, and help grow existing accounts.

With 3–5 years in account management or related fields, you will coordinate with property managers, present proposals, and renew contracts while delivering top-tier service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management, sales, commercial landscaping, or related experience.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience growing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Landscape, horticulture, irrigation, or snow management experience required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape and snow management clients.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals by identifying and developing opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular property inspections and site visits.
• Manage contract renewals and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements, irrigation, seasonal color, drainage, tree care, lawn care, and snow services.
• Prepare proposals and present recommendations.
• Partner with Operations Managers to deliver quality service.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
• Track customer activity, proposals, sales opportunities, and renewals in Aspire.
