Qualifications

• Three or more years of account management, operations, sales, or supervisory experience in commercial landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and production requirements.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, retain accounts, and develop additional revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial maintenance clients.
• Build trusted client relationships through regular communication, property visits, and proactive problem-solving.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure contracted services meet quality standards.
• Coordinate service requirements, priorities, and schedule changes with operations managers and field crews.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, service schedules, and property-specific requirements.
• Prepare proposals for enhancements and additional services.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase value for clients.
• Support renewals and help retain profitable, long-term relationships.
• Monitor budgets, labor hours, material usage, and profitability.
• Ensure documentation of work, approvals, and changes.
