Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our vibrant local team.

You will build and foster client relationships, present property improvement recommendations, and manage all communications within your portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and on-time project delivery. You will partner with clients to promote landscape enhancements, maintain visit schedules, resolve client concerns, and drive revenue, profitability, and contract renewals while upholding our family-company

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements and quality service within budget
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify properties
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio
