Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and driving client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.

You will develop accurate estimates, deliver bid proposals for enhancements, build strong client relationships, conduct site walks, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and support hiring and coaching of field crews to ensure safety and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for portfolio of landscape maintenance clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and conduct site walks.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery and safety.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Ensure account renewals and manage accounts receivable.
• Maintain CRM documentation and client records.
