Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive to expand our installed base of industrial refrigeration and heating solutions across North America. You will cultivate strong relationships with end users, engineers, and contractors while guiding projects from enquiry to closure.

This fully remote role requires residing on the West Coast and offers a competitive base salary with bonus opportunities. Expect frequent travel to customer sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex opportunities and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packages.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Lead opportunities from identification through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce CRM.
• Present projects and participate in weekly Opportunity Review Board meetings.
