Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for a fully remote US-based role. You will cultivate relationships with end users, contractors, and engineers to drive refrigeration and heat pump solutions.

The position supports the North America Sales Team and requires travel to the Milwaukee factory up to 24 nights per year. Compensation is competitive, with a base salary plus bonus target within a $150K–$210K range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet targets.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to closure and provide aftersales support.
• Maintain forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate customers on technologies.
