Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking an Account Manager in Mesa, AZ to grow strategic partnerships across our industrial gas portfolio. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and deliver value through a consultative sales process.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct regular business reviews, and develop a strategic roadmap to meet sales milestones while ensuring customer success and strong margins in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial sectors.
• Ability to develop a collaborative sales process and address customer needs.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain high-value partnerships within the territory.
• Identify new opportunities and drive territory growth through account expansion.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
