Airgas is seeking an Account Manager in Mesa, AZ to grow a defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and winning new business. You will act as a consultative partner, integrating Airgas solutions to add value and drive sustainable growth within our industrial market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in B2B sales. Travel within the territory is expected, with comprehensive benefits and a base plus commission compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of success in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet milestones.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts.
