W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive positive sales growth within a defined geography, using Grainger's CRM tools to manage 15 current accounts averaging $3.5M to $4M annually.

You will report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing, travel monthly to customer sites, and build penetration through strategic business reviews and proven sales techniques. This role emphasizes results and relationship building.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Experience in sales forecasting and customer planning.
• Willingness to travel to customers monthly.
• Strong planning and pipeline development discipline.
• Ability to apply sales processes to uncover objections and solutions.
