Job summary

Grainger is hiring Account Managers in a hybrid role, focusing on driving sales growth for a defined geography by managing ~30-35 current accounts with annual revenue of $2–$3.5M. You will use Salesforce CRM to complete daily activities and report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong forecasting and planning skills, and willingness to travel monthly to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning.
• Travel to each customer within aligned market at least once per month.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate market data knowledge and access to resources.
• Oversee managed inventory tasks to improve understanding of customers and grow sales.
