Account Managers grow sales in assigned geographies, using Grainger's CRM, and report to the District Sales Manager. Travel to customer sites is required at least monthly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Demonstrate market data knowledge and access resources.
• Oversee managed inventory tasks to increase sales.
• Understand Grainger's Value Proposition and grow profitable sales.
• Develop account penetration strategies with regular business reviews.
