Grainger is seeking Account Managers to drive sales growth across a defined geography with an average of 30-35 current accounts and annual revenue of $2–$3.5M per account. You will use Salesforce to manage daily activities and report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing.

The role requires 3+ years of direct outside sales experience, strong planning and forecasting skills, and willingness to travel monthly to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Sales forecasting and customer planning required.
• Travel to each customer within the aligned market at least once per month.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market data and resources to respond to developments.
• Oversee managed inventory tasks to grow understanding of customers and sales.
• Understand Grainger's Value Proposition and provide solutions to grow profitable sales.
• Develop account penetration strategies including regular business reviews with essential customers.
