Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to directly oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and drive performance across financial, guest, and client satisfaction metrics.

You will manage scheduling, forecasting, and performance reporting while ensuring Towne Park standards align with client expectations and service levels. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and manage performance against financial, guest/patient, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Understand and drive business metrics, forecasting, payroll and timekeeping; maximize profitability and compliance.
• Develop cohesive relationships with client staff and communicate regularly to ensure service expectations are exceeded.
