Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to directly oversee one Tier 3 or 4 assigned account and drive performance in financial management, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business development objectives.

The Senior Account Manager reports to Area or District Manager and escalates issues as needed. Strong leadership, payroll, scheduling, and client-relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and POS applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive business metrics to improve account performance and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop associates; conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
• Ensure guest and client service standards across shifts and forecast staffing needs.
• Develop relationships with clients and lead client meetings to drive opportunities and loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with Towne Park policies and safety procedures and manage financial controls.
