Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Tyler, TX, is seeking an Account Manager to design and execute sales and marketing programs across Natural, Specialty, Organic and Fresh categories. You will leverage relationships with Retail Category Managers, Suppliers, and cross-functional teams to meet budget goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven selling, promotional planning, and on-time item forecasts, with up to 25% travel and occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

Degree in business preferred with 5+ years in CPG, retail, or supply chain.
Minimum 3 years in an account management role with customer-facing responsibilities.
Strong verbal and written communication tailored to different audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic merchandising and marketing programs for Natural, Specialty, Organic and Fresh categories.
Drive sales growth through data-based selling, promotions, and in-store execution.
Develop sales plans, analyze performance, and pursue new opportunities for the account.
Build productive relationships with suppliers and brokers to strengthen partnerships.
Communicate effectively across departments and ensure timely paperwork and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive category leadership.
