Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Mt. Gilead, NC to develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate assessments for government and school accounts.

You will drive upsell opportunities while ensuring service excellence and timely project delivery. The role requires at least 3 years in client assessments and account management, with a background in print services or document management being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in client assessments, installations, training, and customer/product support.
• Experience in print services and document management is a plus.
• Experience in account management for document solutions and management.
• Willingness to travel and manage client relations across accounts.
• Strong communication; translate technical info into value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain account relationships to generate new revenue and sustain growth.
• Conduct client assessments to create upsell opportunities and be the day-to-day contact for accounts.
• Coordinate with Toshiba teams to meet client demands and contractual requirements.
• Plan programs to maximize revenue through upselling and passing leads.
• Ensure equipment is running and installations meet customer needs.
• Oversee on-time project delivery and provide operator training as needed.
• Identify suitable equipment solutions to meet business needs cost-effectively.
• Build relationships with end users and decision-makers to drive referrals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
