PNC Financial Wellness Solutions in Northern California is seeking an Account Manager to design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs for client organizations. You will build long-term relationships, grow new business, and collaborate with client services teams.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to expanding partnerships while aligning with client goals and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships; provide sales or consultative support to clients and liaise between clients and servicing units.
• Identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship.
• Leverage industry and company knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and opportunities.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients; collaborate with in-house counsel on contract negotiations.
• Analyze, assess and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs with service partners.
• Manage contract processes and coordinate with partners to resolve implementation and production issues; act as escalation point for high severity requests.
