Triad Electronic Technologies, a growing electronics manufacturing partner, seeks a Program/Account Manager with circuit board assembly experience to join our collaborative team in Phoenix. You will manage customer relationships, drive account growth, and monitor financial performance to maximize profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, program/account management, or engineering within electronics manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, program/account management, or engineering within electronics manufacturing, with emphasis on circuit board assembly.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.
• Experience in a metric-driven environment and understanding of financials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Relationship Management: build and nurture client relationships, gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams to exceed expectations.
• Account Performance & Growth: identify opportunities, develop expansion plans, deliver quotes, track progress.
• Financial Management: monitor pricing, NWC utilization, and P&L to mitigate risks and improve profitability.
• Business Unit Performance: track KPIs, solicit feedback, drive improvements for optimal account performance.
• General Operations: handle customer concerns, process orders for components and assemblies, manage change orders and RMAs.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
