Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks an experienced Account Manager for our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will partner with customers across industries to design advanced water treatment solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor while driving energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Responsibilities include analyzing treatment programs, delivering technical reports, and leading value-generation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management and revenue growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Write and deliver technical service reports that analyze data and drive improvements.
• Execute an Account Management Excellence Program with service plans and business reviews.
• Plan and communicate value generation plans to drive sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pursue new opportunities for growth.
• Follow EHS policies and maintain safe operations.
