Job summary

C.H. Robinson has launched Blue Print, a 24‑month accelerated development program for high‑potential graduates. In this entry‑level Account Manager track, you will lead business reviews and contribute to customer strategies using data and human expertise to drive growth.

You will work on‑site with peers four days per week in Charlotte, NC, with one remote day, gaining mentorship, training, and cross‑functional exposure to become a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, graduation expected by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business.
• Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI-enabled insights to anticipate risk and deliver reliable outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas to understand how decisions are made.
