Job summary

C.H. Robinson invites recent graduates to join a 24‑month accelerated Account Manager program in Plano, TX. You will rotate through functional areas, engage in high‑impact customer work, and build relationships from day one. Structured training, mentorship, and cross‑functional rotations prepare you to own accounts within the first year.

You’ll work on-site four days a week with one remote day, gaining exposure to analytics, pricing, and operations while shaping growth strategies for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress with graduation by Summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Learn industry fundamentals through structured training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Own shipment execution end to end from planning through delivery.
• Use data analytics and technology to identify trends and improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions with experienced Account Managers.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams across the business.
• Embrace an ownership mindset to improve processes and remove operational friction.
