Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.
• Build trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Own shipment execution end to end from planning to delivery.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in service and cost.
• Participate in customer reviews and planning, exploring new lanes and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams across the business.
