Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress with graduation by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspectives to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Own shipment execution end to end and use data insights to inform decisions.
• Use analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in service and cost.
• Participate in customer reviews and planning sessions; identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams; rotate through areas.
• Embrace ownership by improving processes and removing operational friction.
• Other duties as assigned.
