Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is launching Blue Print, a 24-month accelerated development program for high-potential new graduates in Plano, TX. This full-time role starts Summer 2027 and includes hands-on account management, customer reviews, and cross-functional exposure.

You'll learn how technology and human expertise come together to improve supply chain outcomes, build relationships with a portfolio of customers, and develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work across teams.
• Proven leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.
• Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using data and AI insights.
• Participate in customer business reviews and strategic growth conversations.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams across the business.
