C.H. Robinson Worldwide is launching Blue Print, a 24-month accelerated development program for high-potential new graduates in account management. You will learn to lead business reviews and harness technology and human expertise to drive growth.

The role is on-site with four days a week in the office and one remote day, starting Summer 2027, with structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to solve real client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress with expected graduation by Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated leadership or teamwork in internships, projects, or student organizations.
• Curiosity and desire to learn, understand complex business challenges, and seek continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals through structured training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers and solve supply chain challenges.
• Own shipment execution end-to-end from planning through delivery using data insights.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in customer reviews, account planning, and growth conversations with senior managers.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams to build a strong internal network.
