Randstad USA is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to land, grow and maintain deep relationships with mid-sized and large accounts across the eastern and central time zones.

You will sell the full suite of Randstad workforce solutions including consulting, staffing and managed services. The role requires 3+ years in creative, digital or marketing sales with strong consultative skills and experience handling strategic accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space.
• Proven sales record closing complex deals.
• Experience with strategic accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.

Aufgaben

• Build consultative relationships with clients and key contacts during the sales process.
• Promote Cella offerings to meet client needs and maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with Consulting teams to qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing with new clients.
• Land and expand within assigned market territory.
• Manage opportunity pipeline with leadership to pursue and close opportunities.
