Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years proven success in medical sales, ideally in the diagnostics space.
• Deep understanding of laboratory and point-of-care settings and health system operations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (4 days/week, up to ~35% overnight).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by building strong relationships and delivering strategic guidance.
• Develop and execute account strategies to protect and grow existing business and revenue.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, proposals, bids, and customer implementations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical Service, Contracting, Pricing, and Distribution teams.
