Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of medical sales experience, preferably diagnostics.
• Experience with distribution partners.
• Willingness to travel up to ~35% (4 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to existing customers and maintain relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow the customer base.
• Identify operational improvements and optimize reagent utilization.
• Manage sales process, forecasting, and analytics to support growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewal planning.
• Stay current on product, market, and competitive knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
