Job summary

Danfoss in Plymouth, MN seeks an experienced Strategic Account Leader to guide the strategic relationship with Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT). You will develop and execute a joint business plan to accelerate aftermarket growth and expand market share, while coordinating product initiatives across all AIT locations.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, train and motivate a team of account managers and specialists, and lead quarterly reviews to measure progress and align future actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years in Hydraulic Fluid Power industry.
• 5 years in a global matrix manufacturing organization.
• 3 years with Industrial Hydraulic products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic relationship with AIT and implement a joint business plan.
• Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying conversion opportunities and pricing discipline.
• Coach and motivate Account Managers, Inside Technical Support, and Sales Specialists.
• Conduct QBRs to measure performance and align future actions.
• Position Danfoss as the preferred partner for hydraulic and motion solutions.
