Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility for occasional travel, travel not primary to the role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing support, insights, and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct in-depth, quarterly reviews to assess satisfaction and explore opportunities.
• Drive upsell and revenue growth within existing client base to hit targets.
• Build executive-level relationships and align Granite products with clients’ strategic goals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Granite’s product range to position optimal solutions.
• Maintain proactive client communication to foster trust and address evolving needs.
• Create account plans to manage growth and strengthen relationships.
