Job summary

Granite Telecommunications is seeking a Relationship Development Associate to manage a dedicated client portfolio and drive revenue through upselling. You will build executive-level relationships, use in-depth product knowledge, and develop strategic account plans to grow existing accounts.

The role emphasizes quarterly reviews, proactive communication, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years in account management, sales, or client relationships, with upsell focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts with proactive oversight.
• Lead quarterly account reviews to assess satisfaction and opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and upsell to existing clients; hit quota targets.
• Engage executives to align Granite solutions with client goals.
• Develop product knowledge to position optimal solutions.
