Job summary

Granite Telecommunications in Quincy, MA seeks a Relationship Development Associate to manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, drive revenue through upselling, and maintain proactive, executive-level engagement. You will conduct quarterly reviews, develop strategic account plans, and build deep product knowledge to tailor solutions.

Candidates should have 1–2+ years in account management, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce; travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
1-2+ years in account management or sales with upselling.
Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
Strong organizational and multi-account management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce and MS Office.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing support and tailored solutions.
Quarterly Account Reviews: Conduct in-depth, quarterly reviews with each assigned account.
Revenue Growth and Upselling: Focus on upselling our products to existing clients and meeting quota-based targets.
Executive-Level Engagement: Build relationships at the executive level to align Granite's products with client goals.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Granite's product range to position best solutions.
Client Communication: Maintain proactive communication to foster trust and identify evolving needs.
Strategic Account Planning: Create plans to manage client growth and upsell opportunities.
