Job summary

Granite is seeking a Relationship Development Associate to manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, emphasizing proactive account management, quarterly reviews, and upselling within the existing client base.

The role requires executive-level engagement, deep knowledge of Granite products, and the ability to craft account plans that drive growth while ensuring clear, proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–2+ years in account management or sales, with upsell focus
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for many accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Account Management: primary contact for assigned accounts with tailored solutions
• Quarterly Account Reviews: in-depth reviews to assess needs and opportunities
• Revenue Growth and Upselling: quota-carrying role focused on upselling to existing clients
• Executive-Level Engagement: build relationships with executives to align Granite products
• Product Expertise: develop knowledge of Granite’s products to position solutions
• Client Communication: maintain proactive communication and update on evolving needs
• Strategic Account Planning: create plans for growth and upsell opportunities
