Job summary

Vestis in Illinois is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue within the existing customer base by introducing new categories such as uniforms, workplace supplies, restroom services, first aid and direct sales.

You will secure contract renewals, maintain sales reports, document customer details, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to convert opportunities into proposals while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's/Associates degree preferred.
• Prior route sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate current customer base to generate revenue via additional categories.
• Secure contract renewals with existing clients.
• Document customer information, maintain sales reports, and relay product details to the service team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and opportunities.
• Drive a systematic sampling program leading to proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to sell within the current customer base.
