Job summary

Vestis in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue within the existing customer base by adding new categories such as uniforms, workplace supplies, and restroom services.

You will manage renewals, document customer information, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to expand opportunities, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s/Associates preferred).
• Experience in Route Sales and/or B2B sales preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate the current customer base and generate revenue through additional category adds – Uniforms, Workplace Supplies, Managed Restroom Services, First Aid and Direct Sales.
• Secure contract renewals.
• Document customer information, maintain sales reports, and communicate product details to the service department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
• Drive a systematic sampling program that leads to proposal generation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to sell into the current customer base.
