Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Development Manager FMS to manage assigned accounts and educate customers on Ryder services such as Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.

You will use the Ryder Sales Process to grow relationships with all customer buying influences. The role emphasizes maintaining ongoing customer contact, achieving service delivery, and collaborating with Ryder departments to apply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers; develop sales penetration plan and segment accounts for growth and risk.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered; foster productive relationships and review customer satisfaction.
• Proactively anticipate problems; provide operational performance information to customers.
• Train and improve sales skills, industry knowledge and personal growth.
