Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, business development, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate customer requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to retain, develop, and grow business within assigned accounts.
• Develop a strong understanding of each customer's business, supply chain, priorities, challenges, and objectives.
• Look beyond current business to identify additional Expeditors products, services, locations, and solutions.
• Ask meaningful questions to uncover needs and opportunities and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Ops, Sales to support customer needs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM.
