You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met, and identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, business development, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication of customer requirements.
• Ability to coordinate across teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain day-to-day relationships.
• Deliver high level of customer service and support satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Build relationships across customer organizations beyond the primary contact.
• Partner with internal teams to support service delivery and address customer needs.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up actions.
• Participate in customer meetings and business reviews as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in service and account management practices.
• Monitor account activity and assist with reporting or KPI follow-up.
