Job summary

Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking a driven account manager in Michigan who will develop and maintain relationships with top customers, grow revenue, and align with execution teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will use tools like Customer Development Tool-Kit and Microsoft Dynamics, translate client needs into value, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer’s organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Expeditors or industry experience – preferably customer facing.
• Proven ability to drive and develop innovative ideas and solutions.
• Professional communication skills – internally & externally.
• Strong understanding of supply chain structures and cargo flows.
• Ability to navigate products, services and Expeditors’ network.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow Rev with top customers and align with execution teams.
• Use business tools to assess needs and create new revenue streams.
• Maintain strong relationships across a customer's organizational levels to ensure growth.
• Develop knowledge of customer ecosystems including market intelligence and product/service lines.
• Leverage BI tools for data-driven insights and performance improvements.
