Job summary

Vestis in Concord, CA is seeking an Account Manager to expand revenue within the existing customer base by adding new categories and services. You will prospect, present programs, and work toward sales quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to service clients, manage contract renewals, and drive revenue through cross-selling across uniforms, workplace supplies, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate the current customer base and generate revenue through additional category adds – Uniforms, Workplace Supplies, Managed Restroom Services, First Aid and Direct Sales.
• Focus on securing contract renewals.
• Document customer information, maintain sales reports, and communicate product details to the service department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
• Drive a systematic sampling program that leads to proposal generation.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to sell into the current customer base.
